A few hours before the new chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir province in India was scheduled to take oath, a car bomb blast near the house of the outgoing chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed took lives of four persons including the security personnel. The security personnel had intercepted the car. Jaish-e-Mohammad, an Islamist terrorist group was quick to announce to Srinagar journalists and wire agencies on phone its responsibility for the blast. A few days ago, in serial blasts at New Delhi, Capital of India, more than 60 persons were killed. It seems that the terrorists, in the wake of waning support for them are on their way out and in desparation they want to mark their presence on the scene by trigerring blasts here and there.
