A Kashmiri terrorist has confessed in detention to planting one of three bombs that exploded in New Delhi killing 62 people last month. The Army picked up Ghulam Mohiuddin Lone of Banihal area in Doda district of Kashmir in India, who confessed that he was involved in one of the four bomb blasts in New Delhi.
