A terrorist carrying US $10 m award elude security dragnet

It is quite common in the Asian countries that terrorists often remain elusive. Most of the time, they are successful in finding support within the security forces or buying their freedom. Little wonder, three terrorists, believed to be responsible for a powerful bomb explosion in a resort of Bali in Indonesia elude the dragnet of the security forces though one of them, Mr Dulmatin, trained by Taliban in Afghanistan, carries a reward of US $ 10 million, announced by the US Government over his head.
