Although April is a month with sweet showers but it proved the pinch of salt for the U.S. soldiers in Iraq. April witnessed the maximum deaths of the U.S. soldiers in the year 2007 so far.

Rising attacks on U.S. army in Iraq:

The conflict is becoming increasingly dangerous for the U.S. troops in Iraq even after the four years of vigorous fight. April, with 104 deaths is the deadliest month of the conflict. The roadside bombs, a sophisticated device with more lethal results, caused major casualties to the U.S. troops since last October.

The violence in Iraq is a recurrent phenomenon and the extremists are targeting the security personnel. Terrorists are using the roadside bombs and the suicide car bomb attacks on U.S. forces. Terrorists want to give a clear massage that they don’t want U.S. forces to stay in Iraq.

Recurrent violence in Iraq:

Violence is prevailing in Iraq in spite of the strict security measures. If the security forces can bar the car bomb attacks, it will reduce the civilian and army causalities. The increasing deaths of the soldiers are the concerns of the higher authorities. There is growing revolt against the Bush regime to call back the U.S. forces from Iraq within a year. The democrats and republicans favor this move and want a dead line for the withdrawal of the troops. The permanent solution of the attacks on U.S. army, I think, is its withdrawal from Iraq.
