Notwithstanding the categorical denial by the President Bush himself and his aides in the White House, the perception is that the Pentagon has accelerated planning to bomb at least a dozen or more nuclear sites in Iran. In such an eventuality it would be another full-fledged war between Iran and the USA.



The hawkish Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in his usual style, is breathing fire in case the US attacks Iran on any pretext. His boasts may turn like the boasts of Saddam Hussein of Iraq. However, Iran has formed 40,000 strong battalions of suicide bombers (fidayeens) to strike at British and US targets.



The morale of the Muslims is at its nadir as they are on the receiving end since 9/11 but the apprehension of wreaking havoc in the world by the suicide bombers loom large.
