Survivors in earthquake-hit both the parts of Kashmir have demanded the right to cross the line of control between India and Pakistan to find their missing loved ones. In stray cases, both the countries have relented to allow trips across the border without valid travel papers. But, BBC India correspondent Sanjeev Srivastava says any coordination between both the countries on this waxing issue is unlikely. New Delhi has already announced waiving travel restrictions.
